(BlackPressRadio.net) – In an exclusive interview with BlackPressRadio’s DC Livers, Murray Richardson – the attorney for Earl Simmons aka DMX – says he misspoke about whether his client was on life support or breathing on his own.
He also gave pause to TMZ’s reporting, confirmed that the rapper in fact suffered a heart attack at his home on April 2, 2021 and that he was given wrong information about his client’s condition.
In a surprising turn of events, Richardson told DC Livers exclusively that his client doesn’t have a will to his knowledge. His attorney called Earl Simmons “more than a street poet” he said it was the best poet of this generation.
